Working with two employer with EAD?

Guys,

Can anyone has experience explain, if it is possible to continue working for two different employer at the same time. With this create any legal complication?

Can you take leave/lose of pay from one employer (The employer applied for your GC) and continue working for another employer for couple of month?

There should be no problem working for two employers as long as you don\'t any gap/break of employment with the sponsoring employer provided you have valid EAD. You should not reduce your number of working hours/week with your sponsoring employer from the number that was quoted while filing.

Is it impossible to take leave/lose of pay from the first employer and work for the second employer? Let us assume we have a valid EAD for at least for another several months.

My only concern with taking leave without pay would be that in case of RFE for paystubs, you will not have anything most recent to provide to INS.

If EAD is through NIW, is that OK to take the vacation in the old company and start to work for a new company at the same time?
