Hi all,
I have a quick question on AC21 portability stuff. I was on H1 from company A and my GC was processed by company B (who was my future employer at that time. I had done a labor substitution thru them).
Later I joined company C on H1, transferred my GC process also to company C, using AC21 portability and last October I got my GC through company C.
Now I didn't work for my original future employer (company B) any time. Will this be an issue when I try to apply for citizenship few years down the road?
My understanding is that when I transferred the GC process using AC21 portability, company C became my future employer and as long as I work with them for a "sufficiently" long time, I shouldn't have any issues.
Can someone kindly clarify?
Thanks
