Working with EAD

Hi,

If I join a new employer with my EAD(6 month after 485 filing and 140 approved), what are the risks?
Do I have to maintain my employment thru my new employer?
What happens if I lost my project and the new employer does not support me during that period? Will I go out of status during that time?

Can some one clear my doubts?

With AC-21 portability you can change employer multiple times. The risk you enter by working in EAD is that your H-1B back up status no longer exists. That would have been handy in case something goes wrong with I-485.
 
Does AC-21 implied on all whoever filed for I 485. Or does this need to be filed separtaly in addition to I 485 like EAD and AP? to get approval for portability.
If AC 21 -
Is this still that one needs to find a job of similar skill as in Job based on applying for I 140?

Is one legal if have no job after I 485 is appliedand pending.

Is it still true that one needs to return to Filing I 140 employer and work with them for atleast 6 months once the I485 is approved.
