Working Part time with EAD

What does this mean??
Can I be employed with 2 employers at the same time?
It hasn't been 180 days for my 1-485 filing and my sponsor company can't find me another project. Can I then join another employer and work full time using my EAD and at the same time maintain my relation with my sponsor company.

Please advise.

I assume you are the primary applicant.

How do you intend to maintain relation with your sponsor company?

With EAD you can work with any employer. Any type of Job. Multiple employers also.

Since ur 485 is EB based job description,duties, salary etc do matter.So look for primary job which is similar to those defined in LC. Ur partime job (say on weekends or weeknights) could be anything.

Normally it is safe to leave ur employer after 140 approval and after 6 months of 485 filing.Then U can use AC21.
 
Well my sponsor company can't seem to find a project for me. I can't remain sitting at home doing nothing..there is a limit to everything. So what if I can get a job thru another employer..can I then use my EAD? My sponsor company won't take any pungas as they have thrown in the towl...but all this drama takes place before the 180 days have lapsed and then after the 180 days I use AC21.
In the meantime my sponsor company will support the I-140.
Would this work?

You can change the job using EAD and use AC21 when you get RFE. But the job title/description need to be same/similar. There are practically no chances of any decision being made on your case before 180 days, so you can change the job.
