Working part-time on H1B

Hi,
I need more money to support my family and will have to work part-time (along with my current full-time job) for the same.
I am currently on H1B status. Will I need to obtain a second H1 for part-time. If so, does this second H1 come under the quota?

A second H1B is necessary if you want to work for another employer than the one who sponsored your H1B for the full-time position.

The second H1B will not be counted against the quota.
 
Second H1B how many will it take?

How many days will it take to get the second H1 visa to be approved?

If Premium Processing is used, by paying $1000 extra, you will have a definitive response from the DHS within 15 calendar days of the date of receipt of this application. If you use the non-Premium channel, I hear it is taking between one and several months. However, according to current rules, if you already have an H1B and are applying for a second one, you may begin working for your new employer once you get the receipt from the DHS.

Is it legal to work more that 40 hrs/week when a person is on H1B visa?
