1. I have an H1B visa.
2. There is a website called www.rentacoder.com which allows independent programmers to bid for small projects which some buyers put up. If a buyer accepts your bid, he/she pays the money to rentacoder which deducts 15% of the amount as a commission and pay the rest to the programmer through PayPal or snail mail.
QUESTION: can i bid and receive payments for projects like these while i hold an H1B visa?
