Working Part time after getting GC

Hi Folks,
I already have GC. Can I work as part time employee with different employer and also in different field of work. I am currently in computer field. I will appreciate your response regarding this matter.

Can I work in any field of work with GC or I have to work in Computer field, because my GC was approved while working in computer field.

You can work in any field, parttime, fulltime, other than IT.

I'm also working in the IT field, but if the need arises, I will be working as a mechanic (they earn almost the same as IT does) in either automobiles or motorcycles. And this is one of the things I really love doing, so I'm not really scared of losing my job now because of my gc.

These times call for everyone to be well-rounded in jobs as the IT industry is on a down-turn.
