Well my wife called about her case yesterday....Her RFE was returned to TSC on October 16th. the officer said that the case returned to the officer on December 21st (a saturday) and no decision had been made yet. No freeze was mentioned or a timeline for a decision. Perhaps the 21st was just when the file got updated.
According to someone in VSC, the Murthy indicated in her chat last night that the freeze was over and they were receiving approvals. Could not locate anymore details, although the transcript is not yet posted.
