Working on TN and corp to corp at the same time

I am working on TN visa with my current company and they applied Labor certificate for me. Now I got a part time project which I want to do corp to corp by using my Canadian corporation. Can I do that or, is it going to be any problem for my Labor certificate.
 
Thank you very much for your quick answer. As my understand from your answer that I can do corp to corp by using my Canadian corporation but I need second TN for that.
now my question is, this is a remote project, in this case do i still need the second TN ?
 
By remote, you mean the comapy in in canada or US. If in US, you definitely need TN. If Cdn, its greay area.
