Working on EAD, but expiring soon? what're the options?

I am working on EAD and will be expiring on 12/28 so want to know what are the options left to continue my job.

BTW, I had applied for EAD renewal at VSC and ND is 11/13/02.

you dont have any other options but to renew it ASAP! or else you are not allowed to work without the EAD...

Thanks ranniedv. May be I have to stay out of job for a while till I get my new EAD. I will call VSC today to find out about my EAD.

Yes, I did talke to IIO yesterday ans as per them it will take another a month to process my EAD which i dont beleive as my wife already had her EAD on hand. We applied at same time. Regarding my Nov 2001 RD 485 case, she mentioned that it will take couple of months to process due to additional security checks.
