Working multiple jobs after getting green card

Can I work in multiple jobs after getting the green card? The intent of the green card is that I should be working for the sponsoring employer permanently but if I decide to work with him full time plus I also work part time a second job will this invalidate the green card intent or will it create any problems for my citizenship?

dude ...tht is the advantage of gc....u can have multiple jobs...infact in a few days time you can choose your pay and your employer...hahahhaha :D

As far as USCIS and your Green Card is concerned...no problem
But depending on the state you live in, and if your employer has policy against moonlighting...they could take legal action against you.
