Working in India while becoming USC

Friends,

I will be becoming USC. Here is a hypothetical timeline.


I take Oath on July31st (Here I am USC)

I use the Expedited process to get US Passport on Sep5th.

I get Indina employment visa on September 6.



The above is the best case scenerio (few days delay will be there).



Keeping travelling to India part aside after getting USC:



1. I will be on the payrolls of an Indian firm as employee between July31st to September5th. I can take vacation during that time. The question is, Can I be employed for an Indian firm during this period?

2. Has anyone in the forum went through the above situation? How they overcame?

3. It is possible that some people may have overseen this. Did they hear from Indian Govt or someone about this violation?

A person of Indian origin cannot take or continue in a government employment but can work in a non government organization.
 
john pa i am planning on the same plz keep me updated....i do not have much options as parents are getting old and all my sibblings are well settled here and do not wish to move back...
