Working in field other than what O1 received for?

If one were to receive an O1 on the grounds of accomplishments as a screenwriter, would someone from the US be allowed to employ me as a director for the screenplay I wrote (filming would be done in the US)? I presume this is not allowed, but is there some other legal way of doing this?
