I am working in Canada(on Workpermit) for the last one year, my H1b was approved in December 2009. I was not able to finsh my work here in Canada, so I have decided to wait before I go for stamping. Last month I have tried for B2 visa(Visitor Visa to US) from Calgary consulate to visit my brother. It was rejected citing "Insufficient ties to Canada". I have now decided to start the job in USA. My H1B approval says "Class Consulate/ POE : Toronto, Canada". There are currently no appointments available in Toronto, Can I go for stamping in Vancouver? or Should I go for stamping in India. Between Canada and India which one has better chances in getting it stamped?
