My situation is different...I am working on h1 with my parent GC company...same time I want to work part time w2...it will be any problem!!?

You're mixing apples and oranges. H-1 is an immigration status. W-2 is a way of being paid (essentially, your employer is deducting taxes at source).
If you do not have an H-1 for the second employer but you do have an EAD, employment is legal but your H-1 is toast. If you do not have an EAD then the employment is illegal.
