I'm a Canadian resident (Indian citizen) based in Vancouver, BC. I'm looking to do some software consulting work for a US based software company. I will still be living in Vancouver and will travel to the US only occasionally to meet my clients.
1. Do I need a work visa (H1B) for this?
2. I intend to send bi-weekly invoices to the US company and travel on a (B1/B2) visa when needed - is this the right approach?
