I was laid off in Dec 2023 , and my H1B 60 day grace period is expiring today as of 29 Feb 2024 , i got a new job and they filed my transfer petition last week and I have receipt the receipt notice too, though my employer wants me to join after I receive the approval , is that okay if I start working after my 60 day grace period or will it be a problem in maintaining my status.
