working 2 full-time H-1B jobs

Hello,
I am currently working for a university thru quota-exempt h1b. I had also applied for a quota-subject h1b thru a consultant company. This quota-subject h1b was approved, however, I never worked for that consultant. Now, I have a job offer from a for-profit company, but it is not willing to work out a contract with my consultant for employment. Can I transfer my University H1B to this company? If not, I would like to transfer the consultant H1B to this new company. I do realize that I will need the original approval notice and 2 paystubs (or is it just 1 paystub?). If the consultant generates 2 paystubs for me, showing that I worked for him for past 2 months, that will indicate that for past 2 months, I worked full-time for 2 employees. Is it legal or will it raise any red flag when I apply for transfer of consultant H1B to this new company that is offering me the job?
Thank you in advance for all the help and guidance.

Also, now that I have been counted against the 20000 quota once, can I use my University H1B approval notice and paystubs to transfer visa to the new for-profit company?

You can't use Univ H1 approval notice. You must use approval notice from 20000 quota.

Thanks for reply, GotPR?,
well, if I have the approval notice from the 20,0000 quota, will I also need two (or one or any ?) paystubs? Can the transfer happen without paystubs or can I use the university paystubs instead, because as I understand, the paystubs are necessary to verify my legal status ?

YOu need to prove that you were on H1 status by showing paystub to file transfer and most probably you need them from university. You need 20000 quota H1 approval to show them that you were counted toward quota so that you are eligible to transfer to the company.

Unfortunately, I do not have the H1 approval notice or a copy of it. However, I do have the case number of the petition (EAC-xxxxxxxxx). Will the university visa be transferred to this new company using, University approval notice, University pay stubs and this petition number that USCIS can use to verify that I was counted against the annual H-1B quota for FY2009 ?
