Hi
I came to US on H4 in June, 2000 along with my wife (H1B) and later my wife's employer applied H1-B for me in 2001. I could not get any project and got switched to H4 status after 2 months. After struggling few years, found a job with help of one of friend. I worked with the company about 2 years and was on their payroll and got w-2 from them. I filed tax with my wife too. I left the company in June, 2006 as I heard that they are about to start checking I-9 and work authorization. I requested to my wife's employer again for filing H1-B in 2004 when I was working on other company's payroll having status H4. I did not mention to my H1B employer about my job. And I got H1-B approved again but did not till Aug, 2006. Now I got an IT job and working on my H1B employer's payroll since Sept, 2006. I H1b will be expired in 2007. I need to apply for extension and get H1-B stamped too as never get stamped on H1-b before.
I KNOW THAT WHAT I HAVE DONE WAS ILLEGAL. NOW I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAN MY STATUS.
I hope that there is some clause in law that we can clean our history.

PLEASE ADVISE ME.
Will be any problem to get H1-B stamped?
Can they reject my green card process in a I485 stage??

I truly appreciate your help.

There is no clause to clean your history.
Everytime you are asked about unauthorized work, you have answer you did.
