Work with EAD

My 485 is pending last 2 years and i m working on EAd---now I m laid off from my employer and other employer is offering me job at 1099 and W2.My question is

1. Can I join on 1099 with EAD?

2. Should I have to join only on W2?

3. what If I m not getting job for month or long???

On EAD you can join any which way incl 1099.
But for AC21 you need a permanent job- no time frame and no 1099.
You can start with 1099 and continue to look for a perm job.
