When Can we get Work Permit, after labor approval
or after getting I-140 approved ..? what is procedure to get it..?

When can we start working for labor sponsorer...?
After labor approval or after work permit or after filling I-140

You get EAD after you file for 485 (last stage of GC process) for Employment Based cases. You have to file separately for it.

You should, ideally, start working for sponsor once you file 140/485 and if delayed then after getting EAD. This will save you from RFEs and interviews etc.

Legally however you may defer it till you get card in hand.
 
If you are legally allowed to do so - it can be valid H1b, L1 etc. You need to have atleast one form of approval to work.

My labour is filed by another employer and not by current employer, Can I continue to work for my current employer
upto my H-1B is valid with him or untill I can get green card thru
my future employer ...? or I must start working for my future
employer as soon as I get EAD thru future employer..?

You have a choice. You can do it either ways. Suggested method is to join GC sponsor once you get EAD. It is not a legal compulsion, but helps in avoiding issues.
