Hi,everyone.USCIS office sent me back my I-765 with the words:"The "I am applying for "section at the top of the i-765 application as well as Block #16,which relates to the eligibility class you are requesting,must be completed in order for your application to be processed.You must choose only one eligibility class for Form I-765.
In "I am applying for" section i have chosen "Permission to accept employment" so actually i don't understand what they want.May be I had to choose "Renewal of my permission to accept employment"?(because i have been two times in USA like a J-1 student and i already have SSN)
And as far as i understand i just forgot at block#16 to put [ (c) (8) ] ., the letter and number that means i am an Asylum Applicant (with a pending asylum application
You will help me a lot if someone can help me to answer those questions.
