Work Overseas for same company while green card pending.

It’s been now 5 months over from my 485 received date.
I have EAD, AP, H1 valid visa and FP done.

It looks like I need to go to India (My companies own branch office in India) and work for 5-6 months there.

Any body has any experience while 485 pending and traveled and worked overseas. What are the things I should ask from my company or what are the things I should worry or take care about?

I have been working in UK for 12 months. Have got 140 and wating for 485 now, since 6 months. No problem until you get adjudicated.

Question regarding working overseas while GC in processing

Is there a max time limit that you can stay outside of US while the GC is processed? Do you need to show any document proof saying that you are really working for the same company overseas??

The question that i have is i work for a body shopper, i work for a client of his who has work overseas. Can i work overseas for the client when my GC is under processing?? I havent got my 140 or EAD yet?
