work for a previous employer in case of H-1b Denial

Hi All,

Can one work for a previous employer if the h-1b is denied for the current company.

Can one refile the H-1b from the current company.

If answer is yes to both of these what is the best option.

Yes, (maybe after filing another h1 transfer )
Yes , you can also do a motion to reopen or appeal rejection.

Best option will be entirely based on the reason for rejection...

Well what if I already have the previous employers H-1B still valid and he has not cancelled it. Because the H-1B is still valid, there shouldn't be any need of filing a H-1B transfer again.
