Work for a foreign employer

Hi guys,

I need advice on the following:
I am in US with L1 . If I work for an employer (eg. my company) wich is outside US and no payment is made in USA do I violate my status? If an US company pays (eg. wire transfer) to my company in my country do I violate my status?

Please help.

Payments made to you at another country does not violate your status.
Regarding a US company paying to your company in your country, depends on what that US company is declaring it as. (like remuneration for your work here in US-- You have to declare it here...)
 Generally as long as it is shown that that money is shown as income in your country then your L1 status here is not in jeopardy.
