Quick Question:
- As per the requirements of the Advertisements and Labor Petition I need to have the required Bachelors plus 7 years of work experience.
- As of today (when I can file I-140 under EB-3), I do have the same. As per USCIS standards, I attain the bachelors degree in May 2000 (Bcom - 97 + 3 yrs work exp). By the way I am Chartered Accountant which they have Ignored all toghether.
- The Question is, By what date do I need to have 7 years of Work Experience completed? On date of advertisements or on date of filing of I-140 petition?
