Hi ,

I have completed my graduation in 1997 Sep. But I have started working from 1994 May as programmer and I used to support my self. As I have studied Bachelor of Sceince , I needed to attend only practical session and my college was not particular about attending regular classes. So I was able to manage to work at the same time.

Now Since I have my work expereince overlapping with Graduation , Is it an issue for I-140 application. Does the CIS consider the Overlapping expereince also as long as you work.

Please throw somelight on this.

Thanks

I-140 has nothing to do with overlapping. Your I-140 is totally based on your employer's LC. If you have the degree + experience + job profile specified in LC at the time of I-140 application, there is no problem. For example, if the LC is based on A degree + 10 years of industry experience, if you have that (counting your overlapping industry experience), you are fine.
