Work Experience for EB2 Pre approved labor

I have Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience.

1996 -2000 --- experiece in India.
2001 -Till date --- US experince

Now i have EB2 pre-approved labor with priority date of FEB 2002.
In my case i definetely have Bachelors with 5.5 years of (Indian + US) experience before the labor's priority date (FEB 2002). Is it mandatory to have 5 years of "US EXPERIENCE" prior to EB2 labor priority date (FEB 2002).

No. It can be experience earned on foreign soil. Only thing I would be worried EB2 labor is if it is 3 year degree.

I have a master's degree in arts and have pg diplomas in CS. I also have 9 yrs of exp in software. Can this be considered for EB2 filing of I140?Pls advice. Thanks
