those who are now stuck at NC or BEC.

For all the people who have pending name check or very old BEC labor with 20century PD, they have to watch all 2007 PD with PERM file 485 and get approved before them.

I still remembered the pain in December 2004, the last time when all EB was current, when I had no idea if my RIR was still in regional office or BEC. I am still with the same employer, same supervisor, same position, minimum salary increase, and high pressure everyday.

I'm sure USCIS will approve 485 cases randomly from now on. Many people will be happy to get GC within 3 months, while many more with cases pending for more than 5 years

Hold your horses pal...retrogression may very well come back as early as August.

And I wonder, where the hell did they get all the visa numbers from all of a sudden...?! One day (towards the end of the fiscal year) they have no visas available and the next day they do...for everyone? How can that be? Do they really think that we are all stupid??
