FP 1st: year 2003, 2nd: year 2004. From China.
I contacted several lawyers at Boston area. However I am not sure if
they are trustful. So I need second opinion, especially some successful
examples. Thanks.
Yanhu said:I just noticed that I have such option. I contacted congressman
last year. It was said FBI name check pending. There is no way
he can help. I tried to send email to FBI last year every two months.
No response. I tried to call USCIS. Then after 2 or more months,
they replied with that asked me to wait for another 6(?) months.
After 6 months, I called again. It seems endless. Last two or three
weeks, I just found that WOM seems my only option.
Yanhu said:I was thinking filing by myself. However not sure how to do that. Any information
or example files can be used? Thanks.

It is not a difficult thing, you can file PRO SE. Pls see this link, there is enough information.

But the bad news is that USCIS just changed their policy, WOM would not be the reason for expedited processing. So the things are getting difficult, but I think it is still worth to try.
antonioa77 said:where did u read that WOM wouldn't expedite processing? can u tell me about the link? this is a big problem.
Happyheart said:It is in the thread I mentioned and in one of Chinese lawyer's webpage.
Also I talked my AUSA last Friday and she mentioned this. I think couple of people talked to their AUSA and got the same information.
antonioa77 said:what AUSA stands for? i didn't see this news in anywhere about changing the use of WOM. thanks anyways.
how to contact my AUSA? can i contact him before applying to WOM or what? can u please explain? thanks.
