My husband and my (me as an employment based derivative) I 485 was filed in Aug 2013. I got my EAD/AP on 29 Sep 2013 and soon after I got AP I went out of the US. I am still overseas and was lucky to get green card also on 1 Nov 2013. I don't plan to go to the US before march 2014. (for a short visit then) and then in July 2014 forever. My husband will be in the US and is in full time employment and he plans to be there (he got GC approved in Sep 2013 ).
Will I have any issues at point of entry when I go in march next year for short visit (Especially on a return ticket that ends out of the US) and also when I move forever in July 2014?
Also is there any time frame within which a GC holder has to enter/ move to the US for good once GC is approved?
Is it risky for me to stay out so long..I don't want to risk my GC ( I am in employment temporary overseas).
