Withdrawn Case, now approved by BEC

My case for LC RIR filed Jun, 2001 was withdrawn in 2003. Refiled as TR in 2003.
On the BEC PDS website I found recently that my case number filed under 2001 was in process and now is certified. Is this good news ? or some system glitch?

Obviously our attorneys are waiting to get a letter from the DOL if approved.

Anyone else had a similar experience?
 
Mine was remanded and never withdrawn.

What is your case number?

Mine is D-05137-20xxx and is still in process.

My case was Remanded

My attorneys have been not communicating the right thing...
My case was Remanded for the initial Jun 2001 RIR. Looks like my case is certified
