can anyone tell me how to WITHDRAW application for AOS..

already in process and due for EAD internview in May 04.
and will this have impact on my future AOS application....

JUST writing a letter and attaching the copy of recpt will do..

do i need to say all the facts or just..

"Due to personal reasons would like to withdraw / cancel my AOS application field on....DATE....at OFFICE ADD.."

and attaching a copy of the reciept will this two things do..
please advice

Yeah that would work for you could just say I wish to withdraw my application (filed on such and such date).

Make sure you have legal status before you do such a thing.

yp i am on H1B currently so if i cancel my USC marriage based AOS

still i should be good as H1B valid till may 2006.---CORRECT

yes you should be.. but make sure INS is made aware of that.

just send em a copy of ur H-1B and I-94 and that should take care of it.

for u r help. somebody suggested to hire a immg lawyer to write the letter as they will draft it and put some good reasons
also in future it maybe helpful..to prove that I never married for GC.

just want to know how much a lawyer can charge to do this.

ANYONE has any idea for $$$$$$$$ range.
