withdrawals - a disturbing trend

LongGC had his I-140 was revoked for someone on the TSC board, it was after 180 days, and this person got this exact message. Sine the guideline in AC 21 explicitely prohibits this kind of denial, the person's lawyer filed a motion to reopen. The MTR is still pending as far as I remember.

I would be willing to bet that this is more common in TSC, as the processing time is a whole year more than in CSC.

big cleanup

Funny thing, now, some of these "withdrawn" cases switch back to Resumed/FP received but with different date than they had before changing status to withdrawn.
