Hello,
Its been 6 months since my I-140 was approved (I-485 pending more than 6 months). Now let us say I change jobs without AC-21, or apply for AC-21 but the plea is rejected (since the two roles are completely different). I also start a new Labor and 140 process, in the hope to retain the older PD.
Can my employer still withdraw the I-140? Will that have any effect on my case, considering that the I-140 has been approved since a long time, and the I-485 has been pending for more than 6 months.
Slightly urgent, since I am in the middle of changing jobs - could the Attorneys please comment? Thanks.
Sid
