Winners letter

I'm just curious about some information:
When someone wins, and the letter sent to the winner; does the letter states the dependents names with the winners name in anywhere on the notification letter.
Also do they differentiate(or are they able to determine) where the initial application for the visa was sent, let's say if you entered the lottery in Europe or in the US.
 
I know most of you are winners so can anyone answer my question whether dependents like spouse and children are named with the winner on the notification letter, or only the winner is named
 
The letter that the KCC sent me does not mention any of my dependents.

Yes, I am a winner from South America.

Based on the DV-2009 results posted on the July Visa Bulletin, I would say that the highest number for SA could be around 1850-1900.

The winning letter mentions only the main applicant, but says that all immediate family members are eligible.
