hey, congratulations. can u tell me which country u petitioned from, and how long did it take, and was this ur 1st try???

I'm from France. I received the 1st letter in may 2006 and my interview was in January 2007. It takes 7 months approximately. It depends after of your case number. I was among the 1st case in my area country.
 
"u were among the 1st case in your country", whts tht supposed to mean? like u were among the first few who got the visa numbers?? was there an interview? or wht, wht did u do after u got the 1st mailing upto when u got the card. thnkx

I was in the rank the 1st in my area country
 
probably in france there were not so many winners, that's why she was between the first persons who went to interview in her country.anyway, congrats.
 
wht do u guys think about kenya? how many ppl would apply and how many would get it? is there any any to find out these numbers, cause id like to know my chances, lol.thnkx.

I don't know about kenya. Take your chance and play, you'll see. I wish that you win.
For my part, I just played to see. I never imagined that I will be selected.
