Winner married to Green Card holder

Hi,

If a DV winner is married to a green card holder, should the information related to the green card holder be part of the documents sent back for processing?
Does he/she has to attend the interview?

yes, the information on the LPR spouse needs to be filled out, however, in q. 21a and b (Form DS-230) you do not list your spouse as coming with you or following you at a later date. The LPR spouse does not need a medical exam or to go to the interview, of course.
