4 months of security check up!!! then we have no chance ever!!!!!!!!! so we have to forget the dv even if we had won cuz case number is going really slowly!!

this is talking about some countries USA do not trust in, their police check, so they let DV winner from these country to have higher rank such as ; (DV2010AS0044323 or EU3234)
then they will not find time to prepare all their documents, that's mean they can't get the Visa
