Winner but Inaccurated DV 2007(need help)

Hi aryone
LAst year I filled out electron DV lottery for my Uncle. LAst moth his aclication won so My Uncle receive letter and some forms from KCC.
There is one big mistake that When I filled it out by online I chose mirrital statuse "Divorse" becose he's lived alone since 2004. After he received winner number we was gonna filling up aplications, then I was knew by my uncle that he wasn't married but he had a wife and children illigaly, so he hadn't had any marrige certificat. then we chose merrital status box with "singile"... and we sent all aplications to KCC...
We are warring what will happen when he has a interview with USA consile...
Plaese do us a favor to solve this problem

What do you mean by he wasn't married but he had a wife and children illegaly ?
If he was single ( not married, but living with someone ), then he could have married her, and immigrate with wife and child.
But you also said he lived alone since 2004. If they had never married, then the entry should have said " single". Instead, you put " divorced ", which is incorrect.
Unfortunately, the probability that your uncle will get denied is great.
In addition, KCC won't probably notice, but the embassy/consular would when they would review the documents, which is after paying the fees.

The questions asked to make an entry in the DV program are very easy if you are "playing" for yourself ( i.e. you are supposed to know what to enter ).
But if you are making an entry for somebody else ( friend or relative ), this person better be with you ( to avoid spelling mistakes, and other avoidable errors ).
