William Hooton's Response to my NC email inquiry

Here is the generic response that I got from Mr. Hooton after I sent him email to check the status of my NC.

"The FBI's National Name Check Program Section processes name check
requests submitted by Federal executive branch agencies, legislative and
judicial branches of the Federal government, and state and local law
enforcement agencies. Name checks are normally handled on a first-in,
first-out basis. However, the requesting agencies may designate the
order of precedence and request that a name check be expedited based on
agency priorities. The FBI only responds to status inquiries from the
requesting agencies. Therefore, please contact the organization to whom
your original application was submitted if you wish to inquire about the
status of a name check. For example, in the case of immigration and
naturalization cases, please contact the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS).

Useful information regarding the name check process is available on the
FBI Internet website at WWW.FBI.GOV under Issues & Concerns. Additional
information about the name check process can be found under the
Frequently Asked Questions section.

The FBI is sensitive to the impact of the delays in processing name
check requests. At the same time, the importance of the FBI's mission
in an era of heightened security awareness requires that our name check
process be accurate. Please be assured that although the FBI is
processing a large and growing volume of requests, we will return the
name check results to the requesting agency as quickly as possible."

Sincerely,

William L. Hooton
Assistant Director
Records Management Division

Mr. Hooton e-mail address

Hi there,

Can you please share with me Mr. Hooton e-mail address? I cannot seem to locate it.

Thank you a bunch for sharing your letters with us.

Swimfitness.

It is useless to write to Hooton.

It is useful to write the Bush and his wife.

It is more useful to file lawsuit.

So, don't waste your energy by contacting Hooton, or senator, or congressman. They are totally useless in this regard.
