will USVISIT be implemented on green card holders in the future?

In fact, it is part of the law. Congress mandated by law that these entry/exit controls are implemented by a certain date, and required the Attorney General to report on the progress. I have come across that in the immigration law, but I don't have the time to search for it right now.

I have searched thoroughly for this information and it simply does not seem to exist. Besides, pending bills, mandates or legislation are NOT laws. Once the bill is passed, it becomes something very black and white, and therefore LAW.
