The problem :

Every time the person renewed his Driver's License and applied for a new state ID, colleges/universities that he attended, every job he held in the U.S.A using his own SSN and a valid state Driver's License, credit card applications, bank accounts and apartment rental applications, he has always put it an an U.S Citizen on there. Would this jeopardize his chances in the future with his applications for Green Card and/or U.S Citizenship?

With the question that you you asked. I would like to know as well if there is anything that there can be done. I'm wondering because Im in the I485 application process and have done what u said. Could that be a reason for Denial? What can happen if uscia find Out?

If you have ever claimed US citizenship you will not be able to adjust your status and you will probably be deported and banned for life.

If USCIS discover that you have lied on your Immigration forms you will be denied your adjustment and can take your green card away. If you get to naturalize they can strip you of your citizenship for this lie.

You obviously have a paper trail and it may be discovered.

Seems that you are in quite a bind.

What if I tell the truth? You mean if I became a USC and then they found out, I will still retain a GC but not USC?

If you tell the truth, you will be denied your green card.

If you lie, and they find out that you lied, you will be denied your green card for material misrepresentation.

You already have a paper trail. You need to speak to an experienced attorney.
