Hi Gurus,

Please help me here.

I filed my 485 with a labor sub with my current company and my application is held in "name Check".

When I had filed my 140 back in March 2004 my position in my current company was very shaky and so I resorted to filing another labor under the future employment with a different company.

Today I got a reply from backlog center (about the other labor application) saying it is their "Intent to Deny" the labor application.

Does anyone know if another labor deny will have any affect on my current 485 application?

Please gurus, I am under undue duress any help/suggestions would be really helpful.

It should not affect your I-485 application.

Please gurus, I am under undue duress any help/suggestions would be really helpful.
