I got my 2nd FP notice for Sept 2nd at 122 CHARCOT AVE, SANJOSE CA 95131 and my wife got for Aug 19th at Baltimore. When we tried for early FP for my wife, they rejected us because it is more than a month. I am planning to go on Sept 2nd so that it will be exactly a month from my Appt. Date.

Will they allow me to do FP at Baltimore?
Has anybody done like this? Suggestions Please.....

If you go on Sept 2nd -- isn't that the same as your appt date ?
- yeah in that case they better allow you :D
 
My Lawyer says you can go to any ASC to get your finger print done.
Also You can try number of time. They return me couple of time from Sanjose ASC . But I was successful third time. So Keep Trying .

Yes - you can get your FP done anywhere....

Early FP policy varies greatly across ASCs ... I know that San Jose and Oakland are very picky and refuse to do it even if they are nearly empty :(
It also depends on the mob-control dude sitting up front.

Since you want to know about Baltimore, hang around in the VSC forum, search some threads there and see if you can get any specific info.
