Here are my case details:

I-140_ RD- Jun2002
I-140- AD- Jan2003
I-485 -RD-OCT2002
second FP - Oct 28,2004
LUD - Nov 3,04

On Oct 26, 2004, I approached Senator Fienstien for her help in contacting CSC about my caseas there was no movement on my case, even FP.

on Oct 27, I got the second FP notice. On the same day I called and also faxed a request to senator's office not to do follow up on my case as I received the FP notice and response on my case.

Inspite of that, I got a letter from Senator's office today that they have forwarded my request to CSC and asked me to wait for 6 to 8 weeks for their response.

Will this follow up will have any negative impact on my case??? please clarify..

i also asked senator Feinstein for help
they made an inquire but so far there is no response at all, as there were no responses to 8 my inquires

so, be happy to get your FP notice and don't worry about the rest
