Will the status get updated, when inteview is scheduled?
My I-485 has been transfered to Charlotte office on Nov 16th. I got a letter from TSC addressing the same and the status has been updated on the web site as "On November 16, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent
Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in CHARLOTTE, NC for them to
schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our
office in CHARLOTTE, NC will notify you when they schedule your interview or
take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the
National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
Question:
Will the Status change when they send out an Interview date?

The officer transfered my case when all he had to do was to just approve.
