Will the RFE be sent only to primary applicant ?

I want to know if the RFE is meant only for the primary applicant, and not for the secondary. In my case, the AVM says that RFE has been issued on jan 23rd, but for my wife, there is no such message.

My case is same as yours

My AVM says RFE on January 18th, however my wife is still 330-360 days crap. I have still not received the RFE. However I think it means that only the principal applicant has got RFE.
