Look at PCee\'s list, there are quite fewer cases in OCT, NOV, DEC... than they are in JULY, AUG and SEPT, one of a possibility is there are fewer appliants, can we assume that it will take short time to process OCT, NOV... cases?
I hope after SEPT, all the 02 cases can get a speedy approval.
