Will the AVM tell whether it has dispatched Finger-Print notice on my I-485 Application

Yes AVM get changed when fingerprint notice is sent

Our Finger Print Notice was recieved by our attorney couple of weeks
ago, but we didn\'t received it from INS directly. Today I checked
tha AVM and it is \'on 15 th of November your fingerprint notice is sent... blah blah..\'.

We should be receiving it shortly.

I checked the CSC AVM today and to my surprise the message is changed:
"On Nov 16th the FP notices were sent. If you did not get it in 14 days.. blah blah .."
Actually I got my FP notices 15 days ago and haven\'t yet gone to do the finger printig yet. It seems like they have started to update the AVM for just sending the FP notices schedules.
